Anderson Family Vision Care and GRAND are all about family. Kirsten is the oldest of the Anderson children and has been involved in Optometry in various ways for a VERY LONG TIME. From working at the reception desk, dispensing glasses, contact lens training, patient care and office management to patient care in Neruo-Developmental Vision Therapy at GRAND. Kirsten is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho and Provo College where she studied Behavioral Science and earned her degree in Dental Assisting, Summa Cum Laude. She is one of our Board Certified Vision Therapists from the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD). Kirsten is the mother of three phenomenal children. One son and twin daughters. Kirsten and her husband, Sean, leveled up to being called “Grandy and Pops” in January 2021 after the arrival of their first grandchild. Outside the world of eyeballs, brain development and her family, Kirsten’s favorite group of humans are teenagers. She has served and worked with teens in various capacities such as teaching music, camping and personal development. She has written and directed leadership training and development protocols for youth and youth leaders. In the most quiet of times, she loves to converge excessively and binge watch Netflix, saccade away with a good book or pursue a paintbrush as she watercolors.
